Download Multi cookie commander v1.5.

Open the folder and double click on MULTI Cookie Commander and proceed.
Select the website you want to use it for , most of the times, you will need it for fileserve
click OK and proceed
Now there will be two options to select from.
Copy the code , the secret code starting with
--------begin my secret----
to
---------end my secret-------
and then click OK
If it is a premium account, a valid premium account screen will pop up.
Just copy the cookie in front of PHPSESSID = "cookie value" , and follow the cookie tutorial which uses firefox addon, and you will be having a premium account with you .
